Since the last revival thread evoved into a discussion about video cameras, I started a new one. Is everyone ok with the dates Saturday May 17 thru Saturday May 24?

I don't know which day we would leave for sure, but its all negotiable. Just to lay down the framework for which week we would be thinking of making it happen. You know how we do.

Since this will be a cabin year, do you think X is going to bring the big ass tent?

I was just wondering if you guys would let me know which day you are planning on going to the revival. Karen and Abby are planning on coming to the lehigh valley that week, so we might only drive one car. If that's the case, then I will probably need to hitch a ride to the revival. I am planning on driving to the lehigh valley on Tuesday, so smokes... if you're still going Wednesday and have room for the X, that would work. I could leave anytime, especially if it's the ass crack of dawn so that we can get our fish on.

My plan is to leave Wednesday after work. My shift is over at 930(am) so you can hitch a ride with me.

Away-so-may. I get goosebumps when I read about people making definite travel plans about revival. It is only 8 short weeks away.

Last I heard, Abby's party is Sunday, so the plan is for me (and I assume X as well) to fish somewhere on the way home from the cabin (probably Fishing Creek is a good opening suggestion) in the morning/afternoon, and then go home Saturday evening. Is this still the plan?

It doesn't have to be Fishing Creek, there are oodles of trout streams close to I-80 we can fish on the way back Saturday. I wanted to mention that so X wouldn't get bummed out.

I requested the days off, then realized I should leave after the plane leaves, that is what I think I am going to do. So Hopefully I will out of work between 630 and 700.

smokes, is that 7am or 7pm on wednesday that you get out of work?

Anyone heard if Fingaz is planning on coming. It would be sweet to have a full roster the first time that we go to the cabin for revival.

The price of admission for revival/spring training, payable to the team, is a big, portable vessel full of water to be used for cooking, showering, washing (wershin') dishes, and flushing the toilet (terlit).

In otherwords, of course there is no fee, but it would be cool if everyone brought some water with them, preferably in a big vessel that can be refilled in the creek if needed. I will bring alot of water with me, but it would be good to "hav plenty".

Other than that, you only need to bring yourself, fishing implements, clothes (no longer optional), and whatever other 'fun stuff' you desire. All other items required for your comfort are provided, except for like, extra water and stuff.

Five weeks and two days to go. Have some.

oh yeah, you might want to bring some food, too.
There is a refrigerator and a small freezer area, for your food preservation pleasure.

I heard second hand from Cindy that Fingaz desires to attend revival. So i will try to get a hold of him. I'll make sure that he knows about the refrigerator.
