Team GFR

Yesterday I was looking at what weekends would work for Spring Training this year. Possibilities are April 25 - 27 or May 2 - 4 (both are Friday thru Sunday affairs).

I am thinking we would stay at the cabin, so we could give it a bit of a test run and I could go tukey hunting first thing in the morning before fishing.

Does anyone have a preference which weekend it is?

I plan on being in state college the 26th. I fishing would be great, I plan on it. Ms Smokes has a conferance to attend. I will have to sit out the cabin, but would like to meet up with you guys on the stream if possible. I plan on going where I will be alone on the stream.. I am thinking benner springs.

X will be working during spring training, so he's going to have to bring the full effect to GFR 9.0

Who is planning on fishing Spring training style at the end of April - early May?

I am going up on Friday night April 25, hunting until 10 am or so Saturday morning, and then going fishing after that, and probably fishing again on Sunday. Carrie and I are staying at the cabin and whoever wants to is welcome.

I am also going up Thursday night May 1, and I will go hunting Friday and Saturday mornings and fish the rest of those days plus Sunday before traveling home. I will be solo at the cabin those days unless one of you cares to join. All are welcome for both weekends. Hav sum.

Smokes, I'll meet you somewhere in fishing mode on Saturday the 26th, probably around noon. I can come to Spring Creek, or you can come meet up with me and we'll fish for wild brookies on a mountain stream. Your call.
