I would like to elaborate some on your offer of a Fulton/Adams/Franklin (FAF) action, with a potential attempt in Bedford to boot.
I would be down for a weekend commitment to the FAF option, especially if executed on the heels of a nice dose of rain. Maybe a travel Friday night, fish Saturday and relocate, fish Sunday and come home. Doing it over the course of a weekend also allows us to engage Bedford County, if practicable, without violating Section 80-72-IV of the code.

Lets consider this our Summer outing, much along the lines of last year's trip to Reeds Gap, except longer and more diverse. I just need ample lead time because I have other things planned on weekends in July and August, here and there.

I don't know - I might be able to get a weekend off in September, but no sooner. I was planning on more like July 25th and 26th, my main goal being to fish Tricos at Falling Spring on a weekday morning. I have off those two days, and don't have to be at work Friday until 4pm. The itinerary for such a plan would be to drive out Wednesday morning, attain Fulton County, then fish Falling Spring in the afternoon and camp at Caledonia SP. Fish Thurdsay at Falling Spring and either leave there with enough time to quick-attain Adams or, if it needs to be fished all day, camp again Thursday and attain Adams on the way home on Friday morning. Is there any way you can have some of this?

My experience urges me to believe that the Fulton and Adams County adventures would be quick-attain in nature. I can, unfortunately, not attend, as the 26th and 27th are the mornings I have sworn myself to fishing a Lehigh Valley trico event with X-factor.

I think your plan has plenty of merit and I would urge you to see it to fruition. My availability on weekdays to go far away to fish at cool places is severely retarded by my plans to go hunting in Minnesota for two weeks in October. Which sucks because any attainment efforts I would make involve traveling far away.

I probably could take off a Wednesday some time and go day-trippin' sometime, maybe on the ass-end of a Tuesday night travel and camp. Like to somewhere cool like Tioga County maybe?
