but... I thought that I would get the thread started, perhaps to talk about possible dates, conflicts, resolutions, musings.

My current conflict is May 31, my daughter's first birthday, can't miss that one.

I already have it on my calendar for the days Sat. May 18 thru Sat. May 25.

These are, of course, negotiable.

I'm pretty amped up about the prospects of filming "GFR 2008 - The Movie".

No fire cable yet, but I'll get one.

I'm pretty sure the cam I'm getting records to an internal hard drive and you can just download via USB. I was supposed to get a JVC MG37, but the fools emailed me and said they couldn't find the one that I won and that they'd send me the MG155 instead, which is another step up. So, hopefully, I'll have something sometime soon.
